Full Appointment Policy

As a professional business, we wish to make clear our policy on appointment bookings.

Arriving for your appointment

Being on time to your appointment is greatly appreciated, as a consideration to your therapist, other clients and in order for you to receive your full treatment.If you are visiting us for the first time, having a body treatment or have a consultation booked, your appointment will require you to fill in forms prior to your appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment, this helps to keep everything running smoothly.

For Your Comfort

Please notify our staff at the time of booking your appointment if you have any health concerns that may affect your treatment or our staff’s safety.
If you are unsure of conditions that we may need to know about, please ask.
Here is a small list of conditions that we may need to know about: Pregnancy, Heart Conditions, Cancer, Allergies, Skin Disorders, Epilepsy, High or Low Blood Pressure, Medications, Contact Lenses.

As a courtesy to other guests who may be receiving relaxation treatments, please turn your phone off during your appointment.

Text Message Confirmation

Will be sent the day prior to your appointment, it will give you the date and time you are booked in, please check the details and please reply as soon as possible by texting  A .
If you do not reply to this first message another is automatically sent the day of your appointment.
Please check we have your correct details for you to receive these reminders.

Appointment Reminders

As much as our reception staff try to remind everyone of their appointments it is not always an easy job to contact everyone.
Phone calls are a courtesy only, please do not rely on them.
Keep your appointment card handy or write them in your diary or on your calendar.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment and need to cancel or change your appointment please give us sufficient notification.
24 hours is requested, however we understand emergencies happen and our staff do make some exceptions.

Any appointments larger than 2 hours or group bookings will require 48 hours’ notice for cancelling.

Always allow time to find a car park as there is not always one directly outside.

No Show or Late Cancellations

Appointments that cannot be refilled will be subject to a penalty charge of $15 per 15minute appointment allocation. Repeat offenders will be required to pre-pay for future appointments or fill out a Credit Authority Form as security
This is a standard professional procedure

Late Arrivals

We offer some of our services in 15 minutes,  if you are late for these appointments we may have to reschedule as our therapist’s require the full 15 minutes to perform those treatments to our high standards.
Please do not be offended if you are asked to pay a charge of $15 per 15minutes for your missed appointment.

We work to very tight time schedules, please consider others.

Wait List

We operate a wait list, for clients wishing to have an appointment with our therapists for specific days or times. With adequate notification of an appointment cancellation, these clients have enough time to change their schedules to take your appointment.

Group or large bookings

For appointments 90 minutes or longer, or for groups of 2 or more people, a deposit may be required.
We also request a credit card to secure these appointments. The appointment will not be charged to this card unless you do not show up to your appointment or do not give sufficient notification for cancellation.
Any appointments larger than 2 hours or group bookings will require 48 hours’ notice for cancelling.
