Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to experience the full benefit of your treatment. Our therapists work to a very tight schedule to ensure all of our clients receive the best care, please consider others if you are running late.
For appointments 60 minutes or longer, we will require credit card details to secure your appointment. (for more details please read our full appointment policy)

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your appointment please give us 24 hours notice. Appointments that cannot be filled may be subject to a penalty charge. (for more details please read our full appointment policy)

Anyone under the age of 16 requires a parental consent form to be signed by their parent or guardian. If we are unsure of your age you may be required to prove your date of birth with a passport or student I.D.

Just a Reminder

• If you are 16 years or younger you will need to notify us when booking. Parental consent or proof of age may be required.
• If you are unable to keep your appointment please advise us at the earliest. Your failure to turn up or advise us within 24 hours will result in you being charged for the missed appointment. We appreciate your co-operation.

• Payment for services is required in full upon completion of treatment. Services not paid for at the time of treatment will incur a penalty of 10%.
